What exactly is exclusive here? It means that you will be the only Realtor to receive a prospective home buyer contact information. Unlike other companies, who send information to numerous Realtors, you will be the only agent to receive the contact information. Exclusivity is a very important factor in dealing with prospective home buyers.
Receiving 80 leads a month is AWESOME, but if you’re sharing them with 8 other Realtors it's a complete WASTE OF MONEY. This isn't LendingTree... this is about home buyers. Do you think a prospective home buyer really wants to be contacted by 8 Realtors? Of course not, and you definitely do not want to be the last Realtor to call them. The Relocation Professionals guarantees each lead to be exclusive. This has been the same policy since the day we opened our doors back in 2002.
It has been company policy, since we opened our doors in 2002, to be 100% exclusive. We have never, and never will, give information to more than one Realtor. We just do not work this way, and never will. Yes, there are other companies who send information to 6-8 Realtors. We do NOT agree with this. It is not how we operate.
Remember that it's your right as an agent to receive exclusive information. If you are not receiving exclusive information, we urge you to reconsider whom you receive your buyers contacts from. Selling real estate is hard enough, you don't want to have to fight to get that right!
