One common misconception is that "Leads do not work."
We all hear this from time to time, where a Realtor will simply blurt out that leads never work. Not only is this a large generality, it just simply is not true. If leads did not work, there would be no Realtor websites, and quite frankly you would never see a marketing website... in any industry.
Realtors spend hundreds to thousands of dollars per month trying to capture leads, and the ones who aren't experienced at this, hire a marketing company. But one cannot simply state “leads don’t work.” That is like saying all apples are bad, or it never rains in San Diego. (BTW... it rained last night in San Diego)
Leads ARE GOOD, but only if worked appropriately. A lead with valid information from a potential home buyer is nearly identical to a lead any Realtor could get from their own website. It's about quality, validity, and how you work the lead.

I only work referral fees; really…?
How old are they, and can they prove it?
